Mixed-Media Installation
This mixed media installation explores memory and the complex relationship between a single mother and her child, highlighting the struggle of creating joy while facing hardships. It features a small TV playing an Elmo’s World episode, VHS tapes, children's toys, photographs, a Christmas tree, a cluttered calendar, an ashtray, and various other objects, with a broken, looped version of ABBA’s “Dancing Queen” playing in the background. The work reflects the joy of my childhood and my adult realization of the challenges my mother faced at my current age.

Mixed Media Sculpture
This artwork uses a single corner and light to create an interactive sculpture, with an exterior of plain white and a single bulb illuminating the structure. Inside, the sculpture is filled with colorful, sparkling materials, lined with rainbow cellophane, and features leaf-pattern cutouts that let in light, creating a private, meditative space.

The In-Between, 2023
Metal Welding
This sculpture project explores the horizontal, vertical, and everything in between, utilizing sculptural metal welding techniques. The piece is balanced on four points, with all lines positioned on a diagonal.

The Artist's Hand, 2023
Crayons, Alginate
This project explores sculptural repetition, created by making alginate molds of my fingers and pouring melted crayon wax into them. The result is a series of usable, differently colored crayon casts.
